salam guys :)  sorry sgt kalau post entry agak messy,kejap pasal kolej, kejap psal pelajaran,kejap pasal lain, but yg penting, owner dia tetap seorang je. HEHE.bukan apa,kalau stick pasal 1 cerita je,x seronokk,kalau byk2 cerita,baru beronok-ronok.

nak dijadikan cerita semalam 29-30/6/2012 hana dengan JPK and secetriat pergi Cocobay Apartment kat PD. ape buat kat sana? err errr. actually ni mcm event x rasmi kolej. tujuan nye untuk merapat kan ukhwah sesama kami. yelaa,kalau dah bekerja dibwah 1 organisasi yg sama,kena lah saling bersefahaman betul x? 

so, kiteorg bergerak dalam pukul 6.30 dari kolej tun hasan ke apartment. 4 kereta time tu.malam tu,smpai jer,masing2 terus solat and prepare untuk ke pantai yg terdekatt. nk bt ape lagi kalau malam2 pergi pantai kann.apee lagii, BBQ laa ! yahooo. malam tu smue berebut nk masak,hamboii..

then,selesai BBQ,bila smpai kat apartment,masing2 ader yg tido,ader yg boleh lagi nak bersembang2. heart to heart katanyaaa..keesokkannye, pagi2 lagi masing dah bgun.tujuan yg 1, nk naik banana boat. tp aku pilih untuk mandi kat kolam renang jer (xnk kena sunburn.hehe).

lepas jerr sarapan,dikitu dgn cuaca yg sgt baik pagi td, x panas, and redup sbb baru lepas ujan subuh tu, terus jer bergerak ke pntai klebangg. wahhh. dan aku pon org yg pagi2 dah berendam dalam kolam renang tuu.seronokk ! then kami bersiap untuk balik.,even dari cerita bnda ni nmpak mcm kejap and terlalu rushing perjalanan kami,but bg aku, bnda yg sekejap itu yg sgt bermaknaa. quatiti is not important,but quality itulah paling bermaknaaa.

sometimes, bila kita lari sekejap dari masalah,and spend masa yg berkualiti dgn org2 yg rapat ngan kita, benda tu sgt bermakna bagi kita, aku sentiasa pegang prinsip aku sendiri iaitu "im not perfect leader,but i can be a somebody leader" aku x sesempurna mana,so..bantu lah aku,dan bukannya menindas :)

Today  lets talk about competitive advantage. what it is? food? cloths?
Actually, it is a product or service that an organization customer place a greater value on than similar offering from competitor. For example,ok lets say supermarket A offer Milo at the price RM 1 while for Vico RM 1.20.Mostly, customer will looking at the taste and quality. some people will looking for the price and the some people will stick with 1 brand because the quality. because all human desire is different.

to make it clear, Porter was develop the five forces Model. it is :-
* Buyer power
*supplier power
*threat or substitute product or service
*threat of new entrance
*rivalry among existing competitor

basically,what i know,buyer power is the power of customer that can give impact toward the producer product. lets say if the Milo who was have many royal customer, and 1 day a new product exactly like Milo, call Bilo, Milo and Bilo will compete the price to attract the customer to purchase their product. If buyer power is high, they can force a competitors to compete on price. mostly, to reduce the buyer power,the will apply switching cost. mostly they will offer a lower price to make a customer turn over from their loyal product to new product.
supplier power is supplier ability to directly impact the price they changing for supplies (including material,labor and service)
for example, if the supplier Milo increase their cost of raw material,it will affect the price to sell at customer. Here the pie chart that explain more details about Porter's five forces model of competition.

so we can know where actually and the actual cost of product and the reason of some price of product is come by study this topic.
*now i know why my product price every month was not fix, sometimes higher and sometimes lower. :)

salam,hye guys, today i want to share something about this topic that i learn this sem. That is bussiness driven technology.basically,this topic outcome is to compare management information (MIS) and information technology,describe the relationship among people,information technology and information, and many more. guys, did you know that it is important IT in our daily life? don't believe it?lets me ask you, ever you seen or used any web purchase online? or catalog in Facebook?or u are the part of them..nahhhhh ! you gotcha !
Nowdays, percentage show that now people keep using this medium to make business because it is faster, low cost, easy 2 ways communication and can spread the information quickly. For example,we can collect any respond or feedback from customer at our own website..by doing that we can save our money for cost of printing,workers to collect data and time ! IT is main role in business. Awesome right ?

While, Management Information System (MIS) is a general name for business function and academic discipline covering the application of people,technology and procedure(collectively called information system to solve business problem)

Generally we as a human we want something that easy and fast at the same time can satisfied or fulfill our needs and want. Juara pertandingan menghias khemah

mula2 pegang jawatan,x smpai seminggu,ada pertandingan menghias khemah bersempana dengan sambutan raya Uitm Lendu. fuhh.masa tu,aku ingat lagi,smue bnda kitaorg angkut dari kolej ke tempat pertandingan di parking HEA.time tu,smue kolej involve and the best part is, setiap kolej kne provide jamuan makanan yg telah ditetapkan. kebetulan,kolej aku dpt tema burger. burger you allsss. kau mampu? wait ! kne provide burger  untuk jamuan raya??biar betul..alahaii. ni yg payah pilih tema ni. adoiii. tp ape2 pon, mmg x expect menang masa tu sbb byk lagi kolej yg menghias yg lebih better dari kami. 

ececehh, macam laa betul sgt penerangan diaa tuhh.

walau mcm mana pon,yg penting,1 kan hati,1 kan jiwa, 1 kan matlamat, demi memimpin anak bangsa :)

permulaan suatu lagkah kepimpinan

ehem2.bersempena dengan tarikh hari lahir aku,meh sini aku share cerita kat korg semua. alhamdulilah,syukur ke hadrat ilahi, dalam diam dah nk hampir 2 sem aku pegang jawatan Yang di pertua kolej, by the way, mesti pelik kan blog aku ni cerita pasal kolej sendiri, bukan nk bangga diri, tp hanya nk share secebis kenangan yg bagi aku,ianya cukup bermakna apabila kita dikalangan adik2 yg AWESOME ! Terpulang kat korg kalau nk ckp mostly post entry aku lepas ni mcm "naik lif tekan sendiri" but, mcm yg aku ckp, ianya hanya lah luahan dan kenangan yg telah aku lalui,mungkin boleh jadi 1 pengalaman mains kita bersama,mungkinn...

cerita bermula apabila aku start tukar kolej,dari kolej tun putih,ke kolej yg baru tersergam indah iaitu tun hasan (bagi yg x tawu tu, imagine cepat,bt awan2 kat kepala korg). ok,seriusly pada permulaan,aku pegang jawatan bukan atas dasar minat,tp atas dasar hanya nk kolej,so aku pon pergi lah interview dgn kawan2 aku. masa tu aku mintk jawatan pling senang bg aku masa tu,jawatan exco kebajikan.tup tup. dapat tahu,aku dapat jawatan yg pling besar and x pernah aku impikan. Yang di pertua kolej ! wei. ape yg aku nk ckp masa tu? menggigil aku bila dapat,bukan sebab terlalu gembira,tp terfikir tanggungjawab yg sangat besar yg xpernah aku jangkakan terletak dibahu aku, ibarat dapat batu besar kat bahu.. malam tu aku menagis sepuas hati.aku masih ingat lagi,malam tu aku call kakak aku yg belum tido,aku menangis sepuas hati aku kat dia.,aku menangis kat kawan2 baik aku,syu, zati and mira.masa permulaan aku pegang jawatan,aku rahsia kan dari pengetahuan kawan2 aku,sbb bagi aku, aku x cukup layak untuk memikul and menyandang jawatan tu.

perlantikan bermula,tp hati aku masih mengatakan tidak untuk jawatan tu, bg aku,jawatan tu bkal jadi penghalang masa enjoy aku,penyebab aku hilang kawan,punca aku x boleh focus untuk study.masa tu,aku siap terfikir,aku dapat jawatan ni mungkin sbb dulu aku selalu kutuk ydp2 kolej aku yg dulu kot (ampunn ! serik dahh) 

apa2 pun, jawatan tu la yg aku sandang skrg,aku ader 12 jpk dan 1 PPP yg selalu support aku dari blakang,kalau difikir kan balik,mmg aku xkn mampu berjaya tanpa sokongan org2 seperti mereka ini. buat barisan jpk: aqilah,dayah,ayni,kak murni,saff,dini,anis,ika,kak syafa,kirin,ecah dan buat PPP ustazah noraini binti ismail, terima kasih yg tak terhingga yg hana mampu ucapkan,segala tunjuk ajar anda sangat2 hana hargai  <3
